5-HTP (L-5-Hydroxytryptophan) (from griffonia extract) (Griffonia simplicifolia) (seeds) – 200 mg

Other ingredients:dicalcium phosphate, gelatin. Contains <2%: silicate, vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate.

Recommendations for use:take two (2) capsules once daily as needed or at bedtime, as 5-HTP may cause drowsiness. If you have a sensitive stomach, take with food.
