Sometimes this point can be located too high, and the length of the system will not be enough to perform the entire set of exercises. Either to hang the system, you need to make several turns, for example, around a hanger with a large diameter (as happens when training outside when attaching TRX loops to a tree branch or a pole), or the suspension point is too high and with each training, you need to spend a lot of effort and time to hang the loops. To solve such problems, the TRX company released the Xtender extension cord. It should also be noted that in certain cases, the own length of the loops may not be enough, for example, in the case of training, a set of exercises of which requires the possibility of free movements for all 360 degrees.
