The Ocu Support supplement from NOW offers a full spectrum of antioxidant nutrients that may help support some key functions of vision. One serving of Ocu Support healthy vision supplement per day contains 10 mg of lutein, a carotenoid found in dark green leafy vegetables. Lutein is the dominant pigment in the macular area of the eye. Also included are antioxidant vitamins A, C, E, and supportive nutrients important for neutralizing free radicals formed by sunlight exposure. Additionally, blueberry extract contains bioactive flavonoids that support healthy vision.
