Method 1: before consumption, pour boiling water or hot milk in a ratio of 1:1 and let stand for 3 – 5 minutes (min).

Method 2: before consumption, pour cold milk, fruit juice, or yogurt in a ratio of 1:1 and let stand for at least 6 hours.
