How to take the supplement

Take 2 capsules in one or two doses.

The usual daily dose of capsules: 1 g. When you first get acquainted with microdosing of this mushroom, you should start with the minimum dose and not exceed the indicators indicated in the instructions and description of each product. It is preferable to drink the capsules with warm water.
