Description

B vitamins are essential for the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, converting food into energy. The complex contains all B vitamins: vitamin B6, vitamin B12, niacin, riboflavin, folic acid, pantothenic acid, as well as a little vitamin C.
