During intense physical exertion, glutamine can become an essential amino acid, as the body cannot produce the necessary amount under certain conditions. Our product is offered in an unflavored form without added excipients, meaning you can combine it with your protein shake or other supplements.

Recommended dosage: Take one dose per day (5 g - a measuring spoon filled to the 8.5 ml mark) and mix with 300 ml of water or another liquid, or you can combine it with protein or a volumizing product. Use 30-40 minutes before training and soon after or before bedtime. Consume it between meals on rest days. It is recommended to take one or two servings per day.
