WARNING! The longer the loop, the easier it is to perform exercises at a small amplitude and more difficult at a large one. The maximum resistance (for each leg) is reached when stretched 1.8 times from the initial length.
When using the shortest loop, the load is already in the very initial phase of the exercise, and the stronger you stretch, the higher it becomes.
