Selenium (as selenium yeast) - 200 mcg

Other ingredients:brewer's yeast, vegetable cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate. Contains wheat components.

Recommendations for use:take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
