Description

Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALC) is a modified amino acid that supports cellular energy production by facilitating the transport of fat into the mitochondria, where it is converted into ATP (cellular energy). ALC is a highly bioavailable form of carnitine that can cross the blood-brain barrier, helping to combat oxidative damage, support mitochondrial function, and normal neurotransmitter activity. Clinical studies have shown that ALC helps maintain nervous system health.

Recommended use
Take 1-2 tablets daily as needed.

Other ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (plant-derived), silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (plant-derived), and vegetarian capsule.
