Selenium Yeast-Free 100 mcg - 100 Tablets

Selenium is an essential trace element. It is a component of the antioxidant enzyme glutathione peroxidase. As an antioxidant, selenium helps combat free radicals in the body. Free radicals can cause oxidative stress, which can damage cells. Selenium also helps recycle vitamin E, providing additional antioxidant support. This formula contains yeast-free selenium in the form of L-selenomethionine.
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) to two (2) tablets daily, preferably with meals or as directed by a physician.
