NOW® Policosanol contains a blend of long-chain fatty alcohols (LCFA) derived from sugar cane. LCFA are plant waxes of natural origin. Studies show that these plant waxes can support cholesterol levels already within normal range. It also contains artichoke and milk thistle — herbs that support healthy liver function.

This double-strength product contains twice as much policosanol (20 mg per capsule) as our regular product (10 mg per capsule).

Directions for use
Take one (1) capsule 1-2 times daily, preferably with meals.
