Key Ingredients
Caffeine (150-300 mg)
The foundation of any pre-workout. Increases energy, focus, and endurance. Effects felt within 20-30 minutes.
Beta-Alanine (2-5 g)
Lactic acid buffer. Allows for more repetitions. May cause skin "tingling" (paresthesia) — this is normal and safe.
Citrulline (6-8 g)

Is it safe?
When dosages are followed — yes. But there are rules:
- Do not take after 6 PM — caffeine will interfere with sleep
