Description

B-Complex with vitamin C Stress Formula contains all B vitamins: vitamin B6, vitamin B12, niacin, riboflavin, folic acid, pantothenic acid, and a little vitamin C. Vitamin B12 is essential for DNA synthesis during cell division and is therefore particularly important for the rapid multiplication of cells, such as blood cells.

Adults take two (2) tablets daily, preferably with meals or as directed by a physician.
