MEX Arthro Pak Pro is uncompromising regarding ingredients and their dosages. It contains vitamins, minerals, glucosamine, chondroitin, anti-inflammatory fatty acids, herbs, and amino acids to help build collagen, health, and function of connective tissue. Collagen differs from proteins found in other parts of the body. It consists mainly of glycine (about 30%) and proline (about 17%).
