L-lysine is one of the 9 essential amino acids produced in the body. It is the main raw material for the synthesis of carnitine. L-proline can be produced in the body, but low-protein and vegetarian diets do not promote optimal production of L-proline. The amino acids L-lysine and L-proline are precursors of hydroxylysine (HL) and hydroxyproline (HP), two components of collagen. Collagen is an important component of arterial walls. Vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant, is also important for collagen production. Extracts of hawthorn berries and grape seeds are powerful natural antioxidants due to their high levels of proanthocyanidins. Proanthocyanidin esters effectively absorb free radicals.

Usage recommendations
Take 2–4 tablets per day with meals.
