Description

Vitamin B-12 is necessary for energy production from fats and proteins and is well-known for its important role in DNA synthesis and in the metabolism of homocysteine. Methylcobalamin is the coenzyme form of vitamin B-12, which has been found to be particularly important for maintaining nerve system health.
