HOOD ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Insert the bite-tab into the holes on the front of the mouthguard. Fill a bowl with boiling water to a level of 7-10 cm (3-4 inches) and immerse the mouthpiece onno more than 40-60 seconds. Make sure it is completely submerged.

 

Carefully remove the cap from the water with a spoon or spatula. Hold it under running cold water1-2 seconds, to cool slightly while keeping the bite tongue in place.

 

Place the mouth guard in your mouth, firmly squeeze the teeth with the bite tongue inside, and press it against the teeth and gums with your fingerswithin 20 seconds, to form a perfect impression.

 

Remove the mouth guard and place it in a bowl of cold waterfor at least 30 seconds. Remove the bite tab and put the mouthpiece back in your mouth to check the tightness and fit.
