Rules for using a thermos.

- Before the first use, it is necessary to fill the thermos with boiling water and, tightly screwing the cork, leave it for 30 minutes in the room. If the thermos heats up during this time, then it is defective and must be returned to the seller. Local heating in the area of ​​the plug is not a defect and does not indicate the absence of a vacuum.
- Before filling, it is necessary to wash the thermos with warm water with the addition of dishwashing detergent.
- Hot products will stay hot longer if you preheat the thermos by pouring hot water into it before filling it.
- Cold foods will stay cold longer if you add an ice cube before filling the thermos.
- After filling the thermos, it is necessary to check whether the cork is tightly screwed.

- To avoid burns when unscrewing the lid, do not overfill the thermos, leave some space inside the thermos.
- The thermos cannot be used in microwaves, dishwashers, kept near heating devices, washed with alkaline solutions.
- It is not recommended to store carbonated and salty drinks in a thermos and leave liquids for more than 24 hours, and food products for more than 12 hours.
- To remove extraneous odors, keep the thermos open.
- In a thermos with a wide neck, it is not recommended to leave hot food products for a long time in order to avoid their spoilage (souring).

- To avoid spillage of drinks and liquid dishes, it is necessary to store and transport only in an upright position.

- A thermos is considered suitable if, after 6 hours of storage, the final temperature of the water in it will not be lower than 65°C (+-5°C), and after 12 hours - not lower than 55°C (+-5°C). - The initial temperature of the water should not be lower than 98-100°C.

- The warranty period from the moment of sale is 2 years.
- During the warranty period, the manufacturer guarantees a free replacement of the thermos, if the water temperature is lower than that indicated in point 3 of this instruction. - The thermos can be replaced only in the presence of a warranty card with the seal of the seller and the date of sale.

The thermos must be clean and fully equipped.
- The thermos is not replaced if the thermos has mechanical damage (dents, cracks, chipped plastic, damage to rubber gaskets). The warranty does not extend to the components of the product (caps, lids, gaskets).
