Fat-soluble ester of vitamin C
Ascorbyl palmitate is a fat-soluble form of ascorbic acid that has the characteristic antioxidant action of vitamin C on lipids in the body. In vitro studies have shown that ascorbyl palmitate may be a more effective antioxidant for protecting lipids from peroxidation than water-soluble vitamin C.

Recommended use
Take 1 tablet up to 5 times a day with meals.
