NOW® sunflower lecithin powder contains phosphatidylcholine — the most common phospholipid in cell membranes. Additionally, it is rich in natural phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylethanolamine, and essential fatty acids. Lecithin helps emulsify fats, promoting their dissolution in water. Recommendations for use
