This is a dry lecithin powder, a fat-like substance that is a mixture of phospholipids (phosphatidylcholine (19-21%), phosphatidylethanolamine (15-17%), inositol-containing phosphatides (10-12%) and phosphatidylserine (0.5) with triglycerides and a small amount of other substances.

Biological effects of lecithin:
