Selenium 100 mcg 100 Tablets

Seleniumis an important trace element. It is part of the antioxidant enzyme glutathione peroxidase, which helps fight free radicals that damage cells. Selenium promotes the assimilation of vitamin E, which has an additional antioxidant effect. This preparation contains yeast-free selenium in the form of L-selenomethionine.

Composition of one portion (1 tablet):

Selenium (as L-selenomethionine) – 100 mcg

Other ingredients:

Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable cellulose.

Recommendations for use:

As a dietary supplement, take one (1) to two (2) tablets daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
