Prenatal DHA from 21st Century® is a non-fish source of omega-3 fatty acids that helps support the health of mother and child during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Prenatal DHA can be taken in conjunction with prenatal vitamins.

Recommended use
As a dietary supplement, adults should take one (1) capsule daily with any meal or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Results may vary based on individual characteristics.

Other ingredients
High oleic sunflower oil, sunflower lecithin, mixed tocopherols (vitamin E), and ascorbyl palmitate (vitamin C) as antioxidants, in a gelatin capsule (gelatin, water, glycerin, FD&C Red 40, annatto).
