Description

NOW® GTF Chromium is a biologically active form of chromium known as chromium nicotinate glycinate. This form is also known as the 'glucose tolerance factor' (GTF) because it closely resembles the form originally isolated from food sources.

Recommended use
Take 1 tablet 1-2 times daily with meals.

Other ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (plant source), vegetarian coating [hypromellose (cellulose), stearic acid (plant source), sunflower lecithin, triethyl citrate] and magnesium stearate (plant source).
