Principle of action of Green Tea Extract:

The supplement contains a complete set of active components of green tea, enriched with vitamin C. The components of the product are a set of vitamins and other biologically active substances of organic origin, which mutually enhance each other's actions, as follows:

• fat burner;
• antioxidant (protecting the body from free radicals that appear during the breakdown of fat, as well as during heavy physical exertion);
• vascular protective (normalizes pressure in the vascular network, strengthens capillary walls);
• tonic (stimulating effect on the nervous system);
• immunostimulating (mobilizes the body's own protective forces, increases non-specific immunity).

Composition in one serving - 1 capsule:

Vitamin C - 60 mg

Green tea extract (leaf) - 400 mg

Method of use:

On days of intense physical exertion, the product is taken one capsule twice a day: in the morning and 30-40 minutes before training. On rest days - once a day (in the morning). Before taking the capsule, a light breakfast is necessary (it is not recommended to take the supplement on an empty stomach).
