Composition in one portion - 2 measuring spoons (5 g):

L-leucine - 2.5 g

L-isoleucine - 1.25 g

Ingredients:

L-leucine (50%), L-isoleucine (25%), L-valine (25%).

Recommendations for use:

Place one portion (2 measuring spoons - 5 g) in a shaker bowl, add 250-350 ml of water or juice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Use before, during and/or after training.
