Description

NOW® Liquid Sunflower Lecithin contains phosphatidylcholine, the most abundant phospholipid in cell membranes. Additionally, it is rich in natural phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylethanolamine, and essential fatty acids. Lecithin helps emulsify fats, aiding in their dissolution in water. NOW® Liquid Sunflower Lecithin is soy-free and non-GMO.

Recommended use
Shake well before use. Add 1 tablespoon to milk, protein shake, or vegetable juice. It can also be used in dressings and sauces (as a fat emulsifier) or as a non-stick coating for pots and pans.
