Peppermint oil has been recommended by traditional herbalists for normal digestion for centuries. Recently, it has been found to support normal gastrointestinal function. NOW® peppermint capsules are enteric-coated, allowing them to pass through the stomach and release their contents in the intestine, where they provide relief from occasional minor digestive discomfort.

Recommendations for use
Take 1–2 capsules 1–3 times daily 30 minutes before meals.
