Apple pectin is a water-soluble fiber that forms a gel-like effect when mixed with water. As a dietary fiber, apple pectin may be beneficial for supporting gut health.

Recommended use
Take 2 capsules 1-2 times daily with approximately 240-300 ml (8-10 ounces) of water or juice, preferably 30 minutes before meals. Be sure to drink more fluids than usual throughout the day. Start with smaller doses and gradually increase them over a few weeks.
