As the most abundant protein in mammals, collagen makes up about 30% of protein in the body. NOW® Multi Collagen contains collagen from three sources: beef, chicken, and fish. This combined product contains natural types I and III collagen from beef, type II collagen from chicken bone broth, and type I collagen from fish. The collagen used in this product comes from BSE-free and hormone-free cattle.

Recommended use
Mix 2 1/2 tablespoons daily with 8 ounces of water, juice, or your favorite beverage. Mix well or use a shaker.
