Alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) is naturally produced in the human body in very small amounts but is also present in some foods. ALA is unique in that it supports the body's free radical absorption systems and can act in both aqueous and lipid environments. ALA can recycle vitamins C and E, thereby enhancing their antioxidant properties.

Recommended use
Take 1 capsule 1–2 times daily.

Other ingredients
Rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), magnesium stearate (plant-based), and silicon dioxide.

Vitamin E from non-GMO soy.
