Vitamin C is also necessary for collagen (the structural protein of connective tissue) and is therefore important for healthy skin, bones and joints. Vitamin C is essential for amino acid metabolism, neurotransmitter synthesis, and utilization of many nutrients, such as folic acid and iron. It is also a highly effective antioxidant that can protect the body's cells and molecules from damage by free radicals and reactive oxygen molecules produced by normal metabolism and exposure to environmental stressors. This product contains calcium ascorbate, a buffered form of vitamin C that is bioavailable and non-acidic. Its effectiveness is enhanced by bioflavonoids included in the product, which work synergistically with vitamin C.

Composition in one serving - 1 tablet:

Vitamin C (from calcium ascorbate) - 1 g (1000 mg)

Calcium (from calcium ascorbate) - 100 mg

Citrus bioflavonoid complex - 250 mg.

Acerola powder (Malpighia punicifolia) (fruit) - 50 mg

Rutin powder (Sophora japonica) (flower bud) - 50 mg

Other ingredients:

Hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose (cellulose), stearic acid (vegetable source), vegetarian coating, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.

Method of application:

Take 1 tablet per day.
