Description

Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALC) is a modified amino acid that supports cellular energy production by promoting the transport of fat into the mitochondria, where it is converted into ATP (cellular fuel). ALC is an exceptionally bioavailable form of carnitine that can cross the blood-brain barrier, and therefore helps neutralize free radicals, supports mitochondrial function, and promotes normal neurotransmitter activity. Clinical research proves that ALC helps maintain a healthy nervous system.

Usage Recommendations
